I'm guessing what he's wearing is light armor, it doesn't look like it would have servos, or even much in the way of shields. And he's only armed with a puny looking pistol. Could this be the noob gear?

Also, it looks like there is some good detail on the face, it's even go appropriate shadows. In fact, his body and the trees behind him also have appropriate shadows, that's pretty cool.

That looks like quality compression when they made it into a JPG, I'm guessing the full quality version was deemed too large a picture to post for download times?

Looks like Primus from the main site. At least a similar helmet but wihout the mantel.

Examining the image makes me realize that I can't recall any iconography being released. Are there no logos attributed to Continoma? No symbols for Noir or badges for any other faction?

I think Primus would look more impressive than that, I still say this is probably noob gear.

Above average graphics, don't like the face graphics much but it's a zoomed out picture.
I have to wonder though, is this taken with maximum graphic settings?
