Is Earthrise planning on including a Consider (Con) System?  A game mechanic that allows players to gauge the strength of their target, relative to their own strength.  If so, will it be applied both to PvE and PvP?

Do you plan to release your game to the consoles in near future after the pc release ?

It's been confirmed that Earthrise is a PC only release.  In fact, pretty sure it was in one of the most recent interviews.

1) Is there anything you can tell us about equip slots?

2) in a 1v1, how long would a short fight take? a long fight?

3) If I spot my opponent before he spots me, and he's in range, will I have a huge benefit, small benefit, or almost no benefit?

4) concerning abilities that must be powered up first to be shot: will all these abilities power up immediately, or will there be some very powerful abilities that take time to power up?

My question (I'm not sure if it's been answered or not) is this; pertaining to the single hitbox in combat, will the players themselves be a single hitbox or will it simply be the effect of a shield and/or armor?

If the players themselves are under the regulation of a single hitbox and take the same damage no matter where you hit them, won't this eliminate the play-style preferred by "snipers" and a sniper class altogether?

Personally I've always liked being the sniper and taking away the 1-shot-kill "headshot" in my opinion would make a sniper worthless, and would only open the doors for mass "tanking" where the only class worth anything in combat is the type that loads on mass amounts of armor etc and charges in with big guns blazing.

a few combat questions

1.handgrenades, are they in....and if so how are they used? Are they equiped like any other ranged weapon or are they thrown seperate like most modern fps?

2.any kind of cover system planed? or is cover use just old school crouching behind things?

3. more exosuit info please  Grin

There will be some kind of guild bank logging, with detailed info about incoming/outcoming items and money?

guilds always want to know who already paid taxes, put items into bank and so on.

- There will be a 64-bits Game Client version available?

- Will Game Client support multi-core systems (2, 4, ... cores), allowing them to improve performance by taking advantage of this architecture.

I'm curious to hear about the specific effects that the customization of an item will have on it's quality. It's been mentioned that drug toxins can be used to make toxic weapons; can you elaborate and state a few other kinds of special effects weapons can be fitted with?

To what PvP will be concentrated? To group PvP (like the arena in WoW) or to 1v1 PvP.To be more clear,will players with different skills maxed out (like ranged vs melee) will have equal chances of winning in a 1v1 battle?

wondering what happens to the corpses of people dying to mob attacks.

does the corpse become free for all to loot after a time (and so could you also just run back to your corpse and grab the loots yourself without having to pay that extra insurance for uninsured stuff) or are corpse looting rights restricted solely to a human player assuming one killed you (and so mob kills mean any items unclaimed by dead player through their insurance just disappear from game).

also, how does game determine who has rights on the loot...is it who did most damage or who hit first?

Some questions concerning market intelligence.

What tools will be made available to budding merchants/traders?
For example:
Will we be able to obtain statistics on market sales/buys, average, low and high prices?
Will we be able to determine market shares of various players/guilds?

My question is a two parter related to combat, and more specifically damage and how it is dealt and tanked.

First, will Earthrise feature multiple damage types (i.e. Thermal for Flamethrowers, Kinetic for Bullets) and if so, are weapons damage types static or can they be manipulated in the crafting process?

Second has to do with how armor resistance will work, will it be a conventional armor class system like WoW where armor has a numerical score? (If so, will it be a % chance to block all damage or a % damage resisted) Or will you offer straight percentage resistances to damage types a la EVE Online?

Cheers spankz :p way to many posts to check so i'll ask ask anyways sorry if its been asked before.

To what extent will i be able to develop my character ontop of skills abilities and gear?
Seeing how most MMO's today is lacking any kind of character development beyond the classic get-gear-click-a-talent-buy-a-spell.

As a former Anarchy-Online player im thinking of implants NCU's and various utility slots.
Giving you plenty of stuff to do even when you are maxed out in levels or slills.
